Please pay attention to the deadlines: exam registration can be initiated up to 20 days prior to the exam date of a specific course and must be completed no later than 4 days before the exam.
For any issues related to reserving a spot for an exam session, you can send an email to the following address: mbongiovanni@unime.it. In your email, it is important to clearly point out your personal information, specify the exam you intend to sign up for, and provide a reason for the missed booking. Forgetfulness alone is not considered a sufficient justification (any exceptional cases will be assessed by the Professor responsible for your examination).
Instead, for issues related more broadly to your academic career or transcript, you should contact the Unità Operativa 7 INGEGNERIA, MIFT.
Please note!
The exam dates for degree programs no longer available (as Engineering and Computer Science cod. 1063) will be determined upon request.
How to request an exam: write to Mr. Angelo Salvatore at salvatorea@unime.it, with a copy to mbongiovanni@unime.it.
In the request, please indicate: your name, surname, student ID number, the Degree Course code and the code for the subject/s you intend to take, and the exam call and session you are interested.
It is not possible to request more than one exam call for the same subject; if you will be absent or if you'll fail the exam, you may resubmit the request.
When to request it: Your request will be processed if received within 4 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) before the exam. If you don't know when professor is available for the exam, we recommend requesting the exam call immediately. If the request arrives later than the desired exam date, you will be offered the next exam one.
Please do not insist, except in cases of absolute necessity (for example: the last exam date before graduation).
