The Department of Engineering at the University of Messina, in line with the University's commitment to inclusion and the right to education, offers a range of services dedicated to students with disabilities and/or Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD). The goal is to ensure equal opportunities, support their academic progress, and encourage full participation in university life.
Among the main services offered are:
- specialized tutoring,
- mediation with faculty,
- the ability to request technological aids and adaptations during exams,
- psychological support through the CERIP counseling center.
The Department also has a dedicated tutoring room, providing a private space for discussions with the assigned tutor in an inclusive and accessible environment.
