The Administrative Secretary of the Department coordinates the administrative activities of the department, overseeing their implementation and assuming the related responsibility. He or she collaborates with the Director in exercising spending and revenue collection powers, as well as in implementing resolutions adopted by the Department Council and in carrying out activities aimed at improving the functioning of the Department, including the organization of courses, conferences, and study meetings in general.
